November 10th At 0600 hours, I awoke in my room at GUN operatives and began my usual routine. I started with a cup of coffee. Each time I drink some, I always reminded myself that I didn’t need food nor drink to gain energy, but it provided some type of normalcy. He sat in his room, writing.  He wrote for days.  He wrote away the chaos going on around the world.  He wrote about the drama in the houses of others.  He wrote about his father, fighting in Iraq.  He wrote, and wrote, and hadn't even notice the time passing by.  Before he knew it, he saw that he had a knack for it, a talent he discovered deep inside himself.  Soon enough, it became more than just a hobby, it became his everything.  It became a big part of who he was.  It gave him purpose to live, as if nothing ever did.  Eventually, to him, if he could not write, he had no purpose.
